FLASHBACK -
Abhiman's phone rang, the sudden sound cutting through the tense atmosphere. He answered it, his voice turning cold and dangerous.
"Hello," he said, his tone sharp and authoritative. Shivangi flinched at the shift in his demeanor, noticing for the first time how different he sounded when speaking to others.
She observed him silently, his stern expression contrasting sharply with the softer, more vulnerable side he had shown her moments ago. It was like watching two different people inhabit the same body. She had heard him speak when he was scared, loud, and happy, but never with such icy detachment.
"I need to go," he said after a brief conversation, his voice tinged with a sadness that seemed to surprise even him. He ended the call and turned back to Shivangi, his eyes softening once again. "I'm sorry about that," he said, his tone now gentle and apologetic.
Shivangi nodded, still processing the stark contrast in his behavior. "Hmm, alright. Here are your mom's dental reports. It was just a cavity, so now she won't have any problems chewing food."
"Okay, thanks, ma'am. Thank you, and I'm sorry I behaved so rudely. Can you please give me a chance to apologize properly and thank you for your hard work?" Abhiman said, his sincerity evident in his eyes.
Shivangi smiled warmly, her voice enveloping him once again. "There's no need for repayment. I'm just glad I could help."
Abhiman paused, gathering his thoughts before speaking. "Dr. Sharma, would you do me the honor of joining us for dinner tomorrow evening? I would like to properly thank you for everything you've done."
Shivangi looked pleasantly surprised, her eyes sparkling with curiosity and warmth. "I'd be delighted, Mr. Rathore. Thank you for the invitation."

Abhiman was a complex man, a mix of strength and vulnerability that intrigued her. She wondered what lay beneath the surface of his stern exterior, what secrets and stories he carried with him.
The next day passed quickly, filled with the usual hustle and bustle of the clinic. Patients came and went, each one bringing their own unique challenges and rewards. Yet, throughout it all, Shivangi found her thoughts drifting back to Abhiman. What kind of dinner awaited her? What would she learn about him and his world?
Evening arrived, and Shivangi found herself standing in front of the grand entrance of the Rathore mansion.

"Good evening,dr. Shivangi" he said, his voice warm and welcoming. "Thank you for coming."
"Good evening, Mr. Rathore. Thank you for inviting me," Shivangi replied, smiling as she took her seat.
Dinner was an elaborate affair, with course after course of exquisite dishes. As they sat down, Abhiman’s parents, Swapnika and Rajesh Rathore, entered the dining room. Swapnika greeted Shivangi warmly, her earlier stern demeanor replaced with a welcoming smile.
“Dr. Sharma, it’s a pleasure to have you here. Abhiman has been VERY intrested In you from THAT Day” Swapnika said, her voice filled with genuine warmth & Playfulness.
Rajesh, Abhiman’s father, nodded in agreement. “Indeed. We’re grateful for your help with Swapnika’s dental issues.”
Shivangi felt a bit overwhelmed by their hospitality but managed to smile and respond, “Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Rathore. It’s an honor to be here.”
Throughout dinner, they talked about many things—her work, Abhiman’s businesses, and their mutual interests. Abhiman’s parents shared stories from their past, revealing a close-knit family bound by love and respect.
As the evening progressed, Shivangi began to see more of the man behind the title. Abhiman shared snippets of his life, his struggles, and his dreams. She listened intently, feeling a connection growing between them.
After dessert, Abhiman leaned back in his chair, his expression contemplative. "You know, Dr. Sharma, I've never met anyone quite like you. You have a way of seeing through the walls people put up, of understanding them in ways they don't even understand themselves."
Shivangi blushed at the compliment. "Thank you, Mr. Rathore. I think it's important to see people for who they really are, not just the masks they wear."
"Please, call me Abhiman,"he said, smiling.
"Only if you call me Shivangi," she replied, returning his smile.
As the evening drew to a close, Abhiman escorted Shivangi to the door. "Thank you for coming, Shivangi. This evening has meant a lot to me."
"It was my pleasure, Abhiman. Thank you for the wonderful dinner and for sharing your stories with me."
They stood there for a moment, the night air cool and refreshing. There was a sense of something unspoken between them, a connection that neither fully understood but both felt deeply.
"Good night, Shivangi," Abhiman said softly.
"Good night, Abhiman," she replied, her heart fluttering as she walked away.
As she drove home, Shivangi couldn't help but think about the evening and the man who had so unexpectedly entered her life. There was something special about Abhiman, something that drew her to him. She didn't know what the future held, but she knew that tonight had been the start of something new, something exciting.
Back in the mansion, Abhiman watched her car disappear into the distance. He felt a strange mix of emotions—hope, curiosity, and a longing he hadn't felt in years. He didn't know what lay ahead, but he was willing to find out.
For the first time in a long while, Abhiman felt a sense of peace. He had opened a door to his heart, and Shivangi had stepped through it. Whatever happened next, he knew he was ready to face it, with her by his side.
